   Is it only specific stores or countries? I’ve got the hardcover but for $3 I figured I’d add it to my ipad, but the apple book store in Canada still has it for full price.

   No problem, I don’t regret the hardcover purchase, it’s just because the hardcovers are a little more fragile, and I don’t want to ruin them, I won’t read them while eating or other multitasking. 🙂
